Need to Return Your Art Print? It’s easy. If you are not satisfied with your art purchase from Stuckup you can return your items within 60 days of purchase.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a pre-paid label by contacting us. We will gladly send it to you right away.
Make sure the items are in the state you received them, and place them into a shipping box with adequate protection (bubble-wrap or otherwise).
Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS or USPS shipping location (depending on the label we provide), but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. You can find the UPS Service Center nearest to you here.
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach Stuckup HQ. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 5 business day of receipt) your refund will be calculated, processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Items not eligible for return:
If you have ordered custom photo prints (eg MixPix or Photo Upload Prints), we are unable to accept returns since these cannot be added back to our inventory and re-sold.
